Delivery Policy

All services provided by The Copywriting Edge are delivered digitally. There are no physical shipments involved. This policy explains how, when, and in what format your deliverables will be provided.

1. Delivery Method

All copy and documents are delivered electronically via email or shared links (Google Docs, PDF, or Word documents). No physical materials are shipped. You will receive a notification email when your deliverables are ready for review.

2. Delivery Format

Depending on the service purchased, deliverables may include:

• Website copy: Google Doc or Word document with formatted headings, body copy, meta descriptions, and placement notes.
• Sales page copy: Google Doc or Word document with section-by-section layout guidance.
• Email sequences: Google Doc, Word document, or spreadsheet with subject lines, preview text, and body copy for each email.
• Brand messaging guides: Designed PDF document.
• Blog articles: Google Doc or Word document with SEO metadata.

If you have a format preference, please let us know during the discovery phase and we will accommodate it where possible.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by service. The following are standard estimates, starting from the date we receive your completed brand questionnaire and conduct the discovery call:

• Website Copywriting (up to 3 pages): 10 business days
• Website Copywriting (up to 6 pages): 14 business days
• Website Copywriting (up to 10 pages): 14 business days (priority)
• Sales Page Copy: 8–12 business days
• Email Campaign Copy: 7–10 business days
• Brand Voice & Messaging: 14–21 business days
• Blog & SEO Content: 5–7 business days per article

Rush delivery is available as an add-on and typically reduces the timeline by approximately 50%.

4. Factors That May Affect Delivery

Timelines assume prompt communication and timely provision of materials from the client. The following factors may extend delivery:

• Late submission of the brand questionnaire
• Delayed scheduling or rescheduling of the discovery call
• Late or incomplete feedback on drafts
• Significant scope changes requested during the project
• Holidays or unforeseen circumstances (communicated proactively)

5. Revision Delivery

Revised drafts are typically delivered within 3–5 business days of receiving your consolidated feedback, depending on the extent of changes requested.

6. Final Delivery and Acceptance

Once all included revision rounds have been completed and the final version is delivered, the project is considered complete. If no feedback is received within 14 business days of final delivery, the project is automatically considered accepted.
