All services provided by The Copywriting Edge are delivered digitally. There are no physical shipments involved. This policy explains how, when, and in what format your deliverables will be provided.
All copy and documents are delivered electronically via email or shared links (Google Docs, PDF, or Word documents). No physical materials are shipped. You will receive a notification email when your deliverables are ready for review.

Delivery timelines vary by service. The following are standard estimates, starting from the date we receive your completed brand questionnaire and conduct the discovery call:
Rush delivery is available as an add-on and typically reduces the timeline by approximately 50%.
Timelines assume prompt communication and timely provision of materials from the client. The following factors may extend delivery:
Revised drafts are typically delivered within 3–5 business days of receiving your consolidated feedback, depending on the extent of changes requested.
Once all included revision rounds have been completed and the final version is delivered, the project is considered complete. If no feedback is received within 14 business days of final delivery, the project is automatically considered accepted.
