We want every client to be satisfied with the work we deliver. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through thecopywritingedge.com. Because all of our services are digital and involve significant custom creative work, our refund policy is necessarily different from a physical goods retailer. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All services offered by The Copywriting Edge are digital copywriting services delivered electronically. There are no physical products. Each project involves substantial research, strategic planning, and custom writing tailored to your specific business and audience. This means that once work has begun, significant time and intellectual effort have already been invested on your behalf.
If you request a cancellation before we have begun working on your project — specifically, before we have sent you the brand questionnaire or conducted the discovery call — you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. To request a cancellation, email us at hello@thecopywritingedge.com within 48 hours of your purchase. We will process the refund within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
If you request a cancellation after the discovery phase has begun (i.e., after you have received and/or completed the questionnaire, or after the discovery call has taken place), refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project:
These percentages reflect the approximate proportion of work completed at each stage. In some cases, the actual work completed may warrant a different calculation, which we will discuss with you transparently.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work delivered, we strongly encourage you to use the revision rounds included in your package before requesting a refund. Our revision process is designed to address concerns about tone, structure, messaging, and other aspects of the copy.
If after using all included revision rounds you remain unsatisfied, please contact us to discuss the issue. We are committed to finding a fair resolution, which may include additional revisions at no cost, a partial refund, or other accommodations depending on the circumstances.
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in delayed resolution and additional administrative costs. We are always willing to discuss concerns and work toward a fair outcome.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). However, please note that under Article 16(a) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal may not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content or services where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and submitting your project questionnaire, you consent to work beginning and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
