By accessing our website or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our services.
The Copywriting Edge is a digital copywriting services provider based in Loireauxence, France. We offer website copywriting, sales page copy, email campaign copy, brand voice and messaging guides, and blog and SEO content writing. All services are delivered digitally — there are no physical goods or in-person services involved.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
All services and their scope are described on our website and in the specific package or custom order you select at checkout. Deliverables are digital documents — typically Google Docs, PDFs, or Word files — provided via email or a shared link.
We make every effort to deliver work that meets the brief agreed upon during the discovery phase. However, copywriting is a subjective discipline, and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, conversion rates, or search engine rankings. Our commitment is to deliver professional, strategically written copy based on our research and expertise.
When you place an order through our website, you will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page to complete payment. The total amount due is clearly displayed before payment, including any selected add-ons or support hours. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans through our website checkout at this time. If you require an alternative payment arrangement for a larger project, please contact us directly.
By completing payment, you are entering into a binding agreement with us to provide the services described in your order.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your brand questionnaire and instructions for scheduling a discovery call. The project timeline begins once we receive your completed questionnaire and have conducted the discovery call.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided on each service page and in your order confirmation. These timelines assume timely provision of required materials and feedback from you. Delays caused by late responses, incomplete briefs, or requested scope changes may extend the delivery timeline. We will communicate any changes proactively.
If we anticipate a delay on our end, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised timeline.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds, as described on the relevant service page and in your order summary. A revision round consists of consolidated feedback submitted in a single document or email. Piecemeal feedback submitted over multiple messages may count as multiple rounds.
Revisions cover adjustments to tone, wording, structure, and emphasis within the original project scope. Requests that significantly change the direction, audience, or scope of the project may require an additional fee, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your package are available as a paid add-on.
Upon receipt of full payment and final delivery, you receive full ownership and rights to all copy we produce for your project. You are free to use, modify, and publish the delivered copy as you see fit.
Until full payment is received, all work remains our intellectual property. We reserve the right to use anonymized excerpts or project descriptions in our portfolio and case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing.

If we do not receive required materials or feedback within 14 business days of a request, we reserve the right to consider the project complete and deliver the current version as final.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Copywriting Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the competent courts of Nantes, France.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For active projects, the Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Copywriting Edge regarding your use of our website and services.
