Rush delivery is available for an additional fee and typically cuts that timeline in half. Larger projects — such as a full brand messaging guide combined with website copy — may take 3 to 4 weeks. We always confirm the delivery timeline before starting.

We will send you a detailed brand and audience questionnaire. It covers your business goals, ideal customers, existing brand voice, competitors, and any specific messaging points you want included. We also schedule a discovery call — usually 30 to 45 minutes — to fill in the gaps. If you have existing analytics, customer testimonials, or past marketing materials, those are helpful too.

Revision rounds depend on your package. The Foundational package includes one revision round, Momentum includes two, and Authority includes three. Each round allows you to provide consolidated feedback on the full draft. Additional revision rounds are available as an add-on for €49.40 per round.

Our team writes exclusively in English. If you need copy translated or adapted for other markets, we can recommend trusted localization partners we have worked with before. We do have experience writing for non-native English audiences and adjusting tone and vocabulary accordingly.

Yes, and it is one of the things we are most particular about. During discovery we review your existing materials, social accounts, and any brand guidelines you have. We then produce a short voice sample for your approval before beginning the full project. This way you can flag any adjustments early.

After payment you receive a confirmation email with your project questionnaire and a link to schedule your discovery call. Once we receive your completed questionnaire and finish the call, we begin the strategy and writing phase. You will receive a project timeline with clear milestones so you always know where things stand.

Yes, all services are delivered digitally. Copy is delivered as a formatted Google Doc or PDF, depending on your preference. Brand guides are delivered as designed PDF documents. Email sequences are delivered in a spreadsheet or directly imported into your email platform if access is provided.

We do. After completing an initial project together, many clients move to a monthly retainer for ongoing blog content, email sequences, or ad copy. Retainer details are customized based on your volume and frequency needs. Reach out to discuss options.
